Tritzoi Series Warranties

① If the product is defective within 7 years from the date of purchase, free repair is provided. 

7-year warranty: lower mechanical structure (spring) 

1-year warranty: four-segment seat plate crack

② In case of damage caused by use, reparation charges will be charged regardless of the warranty period. 

Charge range: wood crack, oil retouch

③ Compensation priority for defective products is free to repair first, and if repair is not possible, exchange or refund 

is possible in this order.

Excluded From Tritzoi Series Warranties

① Changes due to the material characteristics such as wood grain, shape, or wood spots

② Changes in the surface due to exposure to light or direct sunlight (including discoloration)

③ Spots, scars, and natural wrinkles appear on the leather (cushion products)

④ Normal wear and tear from use and fiber fluff (cushion products)

⑤ Due to the nature of natural materials (wood, leather), the texture or color of the surface can’t be completely identical.

⑥ Damage caused by contact with rubber or similar compound, or contamination of the surface of the veneer, etc. ; Marks from sharp objects or writing instruments, etc.

⑦ NOOGI does not guarantee products that are exposed to extreme environmental conditions or are stored improperly.
