How to sit on NOOGI chair
Leaning position

① Straight up the back and place the sit-bones
deep into the seats.
② Please check two inner seats are tilted towards
the back plate.
③ Relax your body and make sure the lower
lumbar and scapula (wing bone) lean on
the back plate completely.
* The position of the sit-bones may vary
depending on body shape.
* Make sure to rotate your pelvis together
when you lean on the back plate.
Forwarding position

① Place the sit-bones a bit forward from the
sit-bone spots.
② Please check two inner sections of the hip
plates are tilted toward the front seat frames.
③ Experience accurate posture with less tension
on the back muscle by rotating the pelvis.

* Make sure seats are tilted not flat.
